Location Description:
6 miles North West of Trent, TX. In Southeast Fisher County. 4 miles North of I-20 on CR 168.
Terrain:
The overall topography is flat to slightly rolling. Approximately 185 acres are currently in cultivation (Wheat) and the balance is native Mesquite pastureland with hardwood trees along the creek and draws.

This ranch is located in an area with very good quality deer. The turkey hunting & bird hunting should be very good as well. The wheat fields draw lots of deer from miles away. A few of the tanks are stocked with Bass & Catfish.
