This ranch is primarily made up of gently sloping country from 4,400’ and up to around 5,600’ in elevation. This ranch has some scenic rugged hills that drain from canyons down to shallow draws with good native grass cover, yucca, Spanish Daggers, Ocotillo, and grama grass.

Improvements:

The Mayfield Ranch has been under the same ownership for many years and has been very well improved with 9 pastures, 2 traps, 2 water wells with submersible pumps, 8 steel & concrete water reservoirs, approximately 99 miles of pipeline with ample water troughs in each pasture, and approximately 19 dirt tanks.
