Comments:
If you ever wanted a rugged hunting property with high mountain views plus a good amount of accessible lowlands, you may want to see the Goat Mountain Ranch. There is currently a wind energy lease on the property that pays a $3,300 annual payment to the ranch. This is part of the Goat Mountain wind project! There are no turbines on the property.
