Location Description:
This ranch is located on the west side of US Hwy 183 approximately 13 miles south of Gonzales, Texas and approximately 13 miles north of Cuero, Texas just south of Hochheim, Texas. Address is 449 Whitley Road which is a gravel road.
Terrain:

The property is also crossed fenced with standard fencing. Fencing is considered good. Also, a set of steel pipe cattle pens. The main rock entrance way has a custom-made decorative steel double gates with an asphalt road leading up to the improvements. The Big Oak Ranch includes a good population of whitetail deer, dove, quail, wild hogs, and wild turkey. Enhanced genetics were introduced to the native deer population in 2012. The ranch has been under strict game management. The owners have been running a typical cattle operation as well.
