    Location:

    This scenic ranch is located southwest of Sonora, Texas approximately 16 miles south on Hwy. 277 then 16 miles west on FM 189. This paved FM road is known as the JUNO Road and it bisects the ranch approximately 50/50.

    Terrain:

    The topography of this ranch is gently rolling to steep mountains with some beautiful canyons with 150-200 ft. elevation changes. Elevations vary from the mid 1900’s to the mid 2100’s. Limestone rock outcroppings found throughout the ranch. Some good soils with good native grasses. Lots of liveoaks with cedar and some mesquite, persimmon and lots of other brush species for good wildlife habit browse.

    Water:

    There are 2 windmills on the South parcel; 1 submersible pump at cabin, 1 new windmill and storage on the North parcel.

    There is a hunters cabin located on the North parcel of the ranch. This cabin could be made into nice weekend get-away. The fences are in fair to new condition with all new fences along the highway frontage. Ranch is divided into several pastures and traps.

    Recreation:

    Excellent whitetail deer hunting with lots of turkey in the region. Note: Anthrax has been noted in this region of the state but not a strong presence on the ranch as reported by a former tenant of many years.
