    Location:

Kepler Creek ranch is three miles down from the headwaters of the Dove Creek. Our waters have remained abundantly flowing, despite the drought. The ranch has approximately 3,819 feet of river on west side of the creek delivering a unique west texas water experience. Over the past 10 years, the entire ranch has been brush sculpted to remove cedars and mesquites, which has enhanced the beauty and improved wildlife conditions. The gentle rolling hills are comprised of live oak, red oak, pecans, and black walnut. Kepler Creek Ranch has a large abundance of deer, turkey, hogs, javelina, bobcat, foxes, and sporadic migrations of dove and ducks.

    Improvements:

The main house (3,200 Sq Feet) was designed by Mark Wellen to model Historic Fort Mckavett. It is a two-bed room two-bathroom house with eighteenth century charm. Through out the house there are reclaimed wood floors from old Chicago buildings and a five star kitchen with a 48-inch wolf stove. The house is perfect for entertaining with large porches that overlook the beautiful Texas country. The four bedroom three bathroom guesthouse has an open floor plan, great for entertaining. It has stained concrete, reclaimed wood and Carrera marble floors. The bathrooms all have granite counter tops and the bedrooms all have large closets with built in shelves. There is a full outdoor kitchen which includes a pizza oven, fridge, gas grill, sink, and warming drawers. The barn was custom designed by Mark Wellen with a 60 x 60 concrete pad.
